The fight against climate change gets a boost with the launch of the Hydrogen Show at the upcoming KEY – The Energy Transition Expo. This new event is a collaboration between Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) and Hannover Fairs International GmbH (HFI), the Italian branch of Deutsche Messe AG.
Focus on Green Hydrogen for Decarbonization
The Hydrogen Show, supported by Hydrogen & Fuel Cells, will be a key part of KEY 2025, taking place March 5-7 at the Rimini Expo Centre. With the European Union aiming for 20 million tonnes of green hydrogen by 2030, this show offers a platform for exploring this clean energy source for a sustainable future.
Building on Existing Strengths
The Hydrogen Show builds upon the existing focus on hydrogen technology within the KEY expo. This collaboration with a leader like Hannover Messe, organizer of the renowned Hydrogen & Fuel Cells EUROPE event, will further strengthen this focus.
A Global Hub for Hydrogen Innovation
“The Hydrogen Show aims to become the world’s premier platform for hydrogen discussions and a meeting point for industry leaders,” said Corrado Peraboni, CEO of IEG. “This joint venture allows us to create a reference point for hydrogen technology at the international level.”
Synergy for a Greener Future
“Germany and Italy share a strong commitment to hydrogen technology,” stated Andreas Züge, General Manager of HFI. “We are excited to collaborate with IEG to create a dynamic platform for innovation in Italy.”
The Show promises to be a vital resource for anyone involved in the hydrogen sector, fostering collaboration and driving the development of this crucial clean energy source.
